Meals on Wheels delivers meals to homebound seniors and disabled individuals, but we also provide information on nutrition, health and safety that we hope our clients find useful well beyond our regular visits. Second Helping is a printed bulletin distributed quarterly. It briefly covers important topics that support Meals on Wheels’ mission of helping seniors live healthier, more independent lives in their own homes — right where they want to be.
