For homebound seniors and disabled persons, Meals on Wheels is a lifeline to nutritionally balanced meals, delivered to their door with a smile by a friendly volunteer.

Those who qualify for Meals on Wheels:

• Are age 60 or older.
• Live in Jefferson County, Alabama.
• Are homebound and without assistance to shop for groceries or prepare meals.

Meals are free of charge and there are no income restrictions.
